We will always do our best to get your items to you as fast as possible, however, please be aware we are a small company and we make a lot of our capes, in small quantities, to order. Please expect longer lead times than other, more established fashion companies.

1. Lead Times

  • Please expect a minimum of 7 days lead time for our core collection.

  • For custom items, we will communicate closely with you and aim to ship within 14 days. 

2. Processing Times

  • During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected service.

  • Domestic U.S. orders are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or other tracked services.

  • Cape God LLC is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
 Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Cape God LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by carrier issues or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • We will assist you in locating your parcel where possible.

7. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • For any custom items please email: bespoke@cape-god.com
  • Any made-to-order or pre-order items will have extended production times as noted above.

  • Such items ship once production is complete.

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

Packages returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection may incur a re-shipping fee. If you choose to cancel, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
